Gymnastics Beat is proud to announce a newly reemerged level 4 gymnastics team. We have faith and hope in this new team, which has been actively involved with Gymnastics Beat since August 2006. At Gymnastics Beat we feel the most important thing that any gymnast can take away from the sport is a love of gymnastics. The Team is comprised of two coaches, Helena Guzman and Melissa Persons (please include a link to our bios here) and are Safety Certified through USA Gymnastics- the national govering body for the sport of gymnastics in the United States. For a trial assessment for the team, parents should contact the head coaches for a time to be arranged.

Team Schedule

• Monday 5:30 p.m. -7:30 p.m.
• Wednesdays 5:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.
• Thursday 5:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m.
