We would like to thank you and your entire staff at Gymnastics Beat and CVC Cheer for your wonderful hospitality.  We travel to Fresno twice a year from Tuscon, AZ to visit family.  We have used your gym to let our three girls, Jordan, Sydney and Mikaela practice their cheer and dance routines while we are on vacation.  You have made time for us twice a week during our stays, allowing us floor space, even while you had your own camps and classes going on.  As coaches of a Cheer (Youth Level 1/2) team at Tuscon Cheer Academy ourselves, we truly appreciate you and your staff giving us carte blanche to your cheer floors and equipment, allowing our girls to workout, tumble and practice their routines to stay sharp during our stays in Fresno.  Your consideration and willingness to work with us on scheduling our gym time goes above and byond the norm, and we truly appreciate it.  We look forward to seeing you again at the Christmas holidays during our next visit.  In the mean time, best wishes to you , your staff and all of your competing cheer and gymnastics team this coming season!!

Sincerely,
Bob and Dawn Branchfield, Tuscon Cheer Allstars

Gymnastics has brought life into focus for my daughter, Ambriel, who is now a level 6 gymnast on the Gymnastics Beat Artistic Team. When we first started the artistic competition team, we were small but strong. Now, 4 years later, we are unstoppable! The team has taught my daughter to set a goal, work towards that goal, meet that goal, and totally blow that goal out of the water (or off the beam for that matter)! She is stronger, more graceful, and has more self confidence, not only here in the gym but at school as well. The coaches at GymBeat are highly trained to teach the physical side of gymnastics and the mental side too! All of us - the GB coaches, gymnasts, and parents - are like one big family. We cheer for each other, we push one another, and we are all head over heals for gymnastics... literally!

My 3-year-old daughter, Lilianna, has a condition called mild spastic diplegia (tight muscles in the legs).  This causes her to tip toe as well as have issues with balance and coordination.  I decided to enroll Lilianna in a Mommy and Me class one year ago.  Lilianna did not want to leave my side for fear of falling.  I held her hands through most of the gymnastic activities.  I am thrilled to report that Lilianna is now in the Pre-K class, and she can independently jump several times in the air on the trampoline, balance herself on the balance beam, and run without falling on the tumble track.  As a registered nurse, I know that exercise is a key ingredient for optimal health, but what I didn't realize is how gymnastics would improve my daughter's condition.  Lilianna has gained strength and confidence.  I especially want to thank her gymnastics teachers for the support that they have given my daughter.  They have treated Lilianna with kindness and dignity.  I appreciate the warm and inviting environment that Gymnastics Beat has to offer.  It is a place for all kids - those with and without challenges.  They make every child feel like a shining star!

With much gratitude,
Janene Armas

Our entire family has experienced the “Fun of Fit” through our many years with Gymnastics Beat since it opened in 2003.  The whole family (including our two daughters) has participated in the variety of programs offered.  Hosting birthday parties at Gymnastics Beat has proven convenient and very popular with our friends.

Gymnastics Beat’s summer camp is a wonderful day program that offers excellent supervision while my children receive technical coaching in basic gymnastics skills.  I am pleased to know they are engaged in physical activity during the day, and having fun too! The staff is warm, friendly and responsible.  I have a lot of faith that my children will have a wonderful time being physically active, making new friends, and being well supervised.

We have been with CVC cheer for two years and gymnastics beat for about three years.  My daughter has been taking private lessons at gym beat since 3 years of age she is 6 years of age know.  We attend the gym about three days of week totally at least five hours a week.  My daughter looks forward to going to GymBeat everyday.  CVC cheer is her true love.  The cheer squad has had a great year, they placed in the top three at all competitions.  Thanks goes out to Leah  for being such a supportive coach.  The girls are always having such a good time as well as learning and growing so much together as a team.  You know it’s a great facility when even on our daughter’s days off she still wants to go to open gym.  And "Open Gym" is a great opportunity for kids to have something to do on Friday and Saturday nights as well as weekday nights. Its only 5 dollars for your child to just be able to run around and play freely in a save and fun environment.

Sincerely,
Proud parents of a CVC cheerleader!

When my daughter first asked to try out for the CVC squad, I was worried about the age difference in the girls, the expenses, and how stressful it would be on her.   I can honestly say that these girls are so amazingly supportive of each other and dedicate to the overall success of the team.  They cheer the littlest to the oldest on for each new skill learned no matter how technical.  They are the best of friends.

I am so thrilled with the wonderful coaches.  The girls learn in a safe and supportive environment.  My daughter wants to do better to please her coaches. They have become a part of her life in and out of the gym and she loves them.  You could not get better role models.

I am also pleased that the staff does everything they can to keep expenses down.  I have talked to cheer moms on other teams and found that CVC was the most reasonable around.  They also have great communication with the parents, so no surprises.

I will definitely let me daughter continue at CVC, I don't know if I could stop her.  CVC has helped her improve as an athlete and as a person.  The friends and memories she has made at CVC are irreplaceable.
