Acro Experience: Kim Duncan is a former Elite Acrobatic competitor for California Acro Team and WINGS Acrobatic Team. She had the honor of representing her country in international meets and was part of the USA delegation in which she won two bronze medal’s. Kim has attended and won numerous, state, regional and national championships and had the privilege of training with world class coaches. While she pursued her own competitive career she always had time to teach and give back her knowledge of the sport of Acro. In 1999, she was the tumbling/acrobatics coach at WINGS /Acrobatics in which she lead the team to regional and national meets. In 2004, she took a major step on opening up a new gym called, Flip 2 It Sports Center in Roseville, CA. For two years she was the Head Acro coach responsible for organizing team practices, assigning partners, tumbling, choreography, apparel selection, and traveled with the team to state, regional and national championships. Goals: Kim’s goal at Gymnastics Beat is to see the Acro program grow and for them to attend national championships. Cool Facts: Kim enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and nephew.
