Comes to Gymnastics Beat From: San Jose, CA School Attended: Sergeant in the Air Force for 6 years Work Experience: Harris Rebar Fresno– Project Manager Major Accomplishments: Tony was first introduced to gymnastics during his partipation in the sport during high school. At the age of 24, he was the Preschool Director for Twisters gymnastics club in Mountain View, California. Tony learned about the development of children, taught mommy and me classes, home school, recreation, team classes and the adult gymnastics. With his four years of teaching experience he found his way to Madera Gymnastics where he was able to gain the true fundamentals of developing an optional gymnastics team which comprises of level 7-10. He was also the sports Acro team coach for seven years and helped produced numerous state, regional and national champions. To enhance his coaching knowledge, Tony has attended the annual gymnastics congress as well as various training clinics. Goals: Tony prides himself in teaching good gymnastics and caring about his gymnasts’ well being. He would like to help develop the Acro program at Gymnastics Beat and start a competition team in the near future. Cool Facts: Tony has been happily married for 12 years, has two young children, Anthony, 11 who enjoys Karate and Catherine, 10 who is enrolled in ballet. His eldest children are Melissa, 23 and Sarah, 16. Family will always come first in Tony’s life and enjoys every moment he can spend with them, whether it be camping or visiting the beautiful beaches in Santa Cruz. Other Gymnastics Beat Employees:
